Channing Tatum is hot! And I’m a fan.
Not only can he move like nobody’s business, he has a sense of humor about himself. Whatever your thoughts about his acting, you can’t deny the man’s screen presence. (And if you’re not a fan, check him out in this year’s 21 Jump Street!)
So this Friday, I’m giving you a double dose of Channing. Check out two trailers for his upcoming movie, Magic Mike and a Dirty Dancing parody with comedian Charlyne Yi.
None of these are work-appropriate, so don’t say I didn’t warn you.
A thorough knowledge of Dirty Dancing is required to fully enjoy the parody.
Magic Mike opens June 29. As the first trailer says, tell your husband you’ve got book club!

Loved it! To be honest, I am also a “FAN” of Channing. I enjoyed watching him recently in The Vow and Dear John. Hmmm… I wonder if my book club is meeting next Friday? *g*

There is a little something for everybody. Even if Channing isn’t your thing *shakes head in disbelief* you can have some Alex Pettyfer, some Matt Bomer or some Joe Manganiello!
As a long-time Dirty Dancing fanatic, I was a little worried I’d be offended by the presumed desecration of such a sacred movie…but it was too funny for anyone to be offended! (Think I’ll go pull out my Dirty Dancing tape now…)
I think it takes a true fan to appreciate why it’s so funny; from how he “straightens up” his room to all the dance routines condensed into 60 seconds! LOL
